Meeting Rules
Have your full name visible.
If you don not want to participate with the video on, at least have a picture.
Have your microphone muted at all times when not speaking.
If you have a question, just write “Question” in the chat at any point. You will be put first on the speakers list if there is one.
If you wish to speak or make a pleading during the discussions, write “Word” or something similar in the chat and you will automatically be put on the speakers list.
If you have applied for a position, or intend to run for a position on scene, only say it or your name out loud, alternatively in the chat. This is done when the Election Committee is presenting the candidates.
If you need to leave prematurely, this needs to be informed to the Board at least 24h beforehand. If you leave unannounced you will lose the opportunity to get a gift card from the Section.
Elections
Every candidate should, as long as it is technically possible, have their video on during their speech. In all other regards, the discussion will proceed as usual. During the discussion, all candidates are put in the Waiting Room. Acklamation is used when voting as usual. Elections with multiple candidates will implement polls in Zoom to vote.
