Hi all K-students!

Soon it is time for the K-section’s Assembly for the spring term of 2020!

The Assembly  takes place on May 7th 2020 at 17:15. Do you want to become a part of the best Board in the world or involve yourself in the section? Then apply to one of our amazing posts to the Board or our other engagements! The application is open from Sunday April 19th to Sunday April 26th.

The agenda and all documents will be emailed to all who sign up for the Assembly. They can also be found HERE (in Swedish).

The posts that you can apply for this Assembly are:

Board posts:
• President of the Study Council
• Student Welfare Liable
• PR- liable and Webmaster
• Sports liable
• Vice Head of the Club Crew
• Vice Company Contact

Engagement posts:
• Four members to the K-section’s Election Committee, including a convening member
• Three representatives to the Programme Council
• One student representative to the Insitution Board for the Deparment of Chemistry Ångström
• One student representative to the Insitution Board for the Deparment of Chemistry BMC
• Head of Recruitment
• Representative to UTN’s Election Committee

Please do not hesitate to contact anyone in the Board! We would love to tell you about our respective posts, how fun we have and we can provide you with tips and advice if you are thinking about involving yourself in the section.

Motions are handed in to the board via email to  k-ordf@utn.se up to Thursday April 30th. A motion template can be found in the documents emailed to everyone who signs up for the Assembly.

Due to the current pandemic, this Assembly will be held through Zoom. As a thank you for your participation via Zoom instead, the section will give you a gift card to Foodora and a spectacular patch to your overall at a later occasion. To be eligable for this you have to sign up to the Assembly as usual. More information can be found in the pinned entry in the Facebook event.
